This tree is a constant inspiration although wellies are always needed to visit. Once a Victorian Industrial Site long since abandoned this is now considered a brown site……..this now means than redevelopment is not so long off…

Starlings are one of our most commonest Garden birds resident in the town all the year through. In the Autumn they are joined by huge numbers who spend the winter here. This is my Birds eye view of the Starlings at Walmersley in Bury Photographed over looking Burrs Country Park in the distance.
Autumn flowering Heathers line this old footpath that has been created out of recycled Burnley Bricks. The pathway is one of many in the Walmersley area . This is a favorite view of Bury that I like to keep re-visiting taking photographs to see the seasons come and go.
